Dears,

let's start gathering ideas of optimization on NSN network:

1) RRC active drops
2) RAB active drops
3) HSDPA retainability
4) HSUPA retainability
5) Paging
6) HS throughput
7) HS serving cell change
8) ISHO cell found ratio
9) ISHO success rate
10) IFHO success rate
11) RRC access failures due to synch

If any idea please mention which KPI. If other KPIs in mind please add.

Hi,

I will start with:

11) RRC access failures due to synch

--> increasing the CableLoss or adjusting it, will hepl decreasing the synch loss in some cases.
--> tilt tuning and Azimuth will help for sure
--> and of course checking any transmission issue or clock issue

10) IFHO success rate:

--> reserving more codes in F1 (if congested)
-put DPCHOverHSPDSCHThreshold to 3 for example.
-reducing PS NRT Maxbitrate from 384 to 128 or even 64 in F1
-enabling HSDPA in F1 if disabled
-globally: checking what is wrong in F1 cells
-delaying the IFHO threshold if there is no other way to offload F1
