Do you mean the the download is slow? We have hosted the installation in the cloud server by Amazon. From our test, the speed is very good >500kB/s.

If your download speed is slow, can you tell me where are you located? The cloud system has mirrored system that should ensure good speed around the world.

It will not work bro. Try register again from the link given and you will have new product key.

Any idea if Xif file format changed in any way? I keep getting the error

«Unexpected error occured. Importing aborted.
Error message:Xif Parser has failed to validate file.»

while trying to import data from a valid 2010 xif format file (with txt extension)...:( Nothing new in help file...

In the site once you registered here
Xeus (http://www.getxeus.com/use/register.html) and if you still not received the key then write a mail to support@aexio.com (support@aexio.com?subject=Aexio%20Xeus%20Lite%20Program) so that they can send you the key.

The error came from the .NET framework. You can try to follow the steps in the link below to repair the .NET framework?

Did you try to re-register? Register again and you will get a new activation code.
