Hi Guys:
Kindly explain what the correct status of clock. When I run MML command lst clkrecord I see sometimes it is in Locked state. Sometimes it shows free running, fast tracking, Holding. Can someone kindly explain what is the issue. How to trouble shoot clock issues. What level of service affecting is clock abnormality ??
