The RRC Connection Request message includes a flag to indicate whether or not the UE supports Dual Carrier. After that I think you can see it in the Radio Bearer Setup Message from the network.

Thanks, but i can´t see anything about HS Dual Carrier in RB Setup Message. I´m interested in network part, not in UE.

Its not the UE, its the Radio Bearer Setup Message coming from the RNC to the UE. It should give you information about the primary and secondary HS cells. Outside of that, I don't know.
