Hi,
you can set-up KPI in Netact by using:
Report builder -->you can create new formula
or by using XML format and you can create report and call this KPI

Thanks

Thanks,

do you have maybe any document kind of ppt or similar how this process is working/going on step by step, or kind of example for any KPI to be settled in Netact?

You can do it in the "Report Builder". There should be a menu "KPI editor". It is a strate forward thing really. Just give a KPI id, description and formula.
There should be of course license in the set up in the system for this menu to be active.
Also I had couple of times error returned when I tried to create too complex KPI - so I had to ask for help our NetAct guys.
Otherwise I use it almost avery other day, as it is makes work much easier and saves lots of time in Excel work.

Use the Reporting Suite!

Yeah - Reporting Suite KPI Editor is much easier to use than Report Builder! You can also create KPIs in XML (embedded in a report template) and import them into Reporting Suite too.
