i need support i am working to find the worse cell in the network based on hour stats so any one can help to find the good critiria can help per each KPI and per hour.

KPI wanted.

1-TCH drop rate
2-SDCCH drop rate
3-call setup sucess rate
4-SDCCH blocking rate
5-TCH blocking rate
6-Location update sucess rate
7-HO sucess rate.
8-TCH and SDCCH Availibility rate
9-paging sucess rate

as example:
to sort all cells where TCH drop > 1.5 and TCH drop number > 30
