E******* RBS3000 testing

Hi, does anybody know if there`s a way to test RBS3000 standalone (meaning not connected to RNC). I want to TX powerup the radios and measure it`s output signal. Also want to perform RX tests with signal generator. Is this possbile via the data connector on the front of a RU, or via moshell?

Would appreciate any answer on this subject.
