IP give more benefit for PSR99 or HSDPA, the overhead in IP is smaller than ATM give better quality and smaller Overhead for CS

But how could measure this change of Iub traffic? as might be useful to compare the Iub ATM traffic and IP? PM counter to use?

Do you know NetTrack or Granite? Those GUI systems should help to monitor.
