The pmSumBestCs12Establish counter is based on an internal level counter whichis maintained by RNC. Values are read periodically, every 5 seconds, from the internal level counter.


That means, if you have an 100% data availiability, you got 17280 samples the day. So we have



pmSumBestCs12Establish/17280

This value you have to multiply with 24 hour, so will get

(pmSumBestCs12Establish/17280)*24h = pmSumBestCs12Establish/720 in Erl/h
