3G KPI Report Format_Pls Help

Anyone can share the KPI fields format of 3G network.
reason: Recently we had a very high Circuit Switched Video Call(CSV) drop rate, but HSPA and voice call was comparatively OK. The operator is taking very few KPI fields to get the traffic details.


How to get into depth so that we can analyse where the problem is?:D

Can you check number of attempts at first. On my Network we have Drop Rate near 10-20%, but and CS64 attempts few. Of course, if from 2 attempts you will have one Drop, Rate will be 50% :D
