GSM Downlink Power Control

Does anyone have some statistics of the affect of downlink power control for indoor sites. I am particularly looking at average power for the traffic channels to see how much the power is backed off when downlink power control is applied.

Any other thoughts would be good

Does anyone know what range of power control is available to the downlink TCH slots and also how this is calculated?
