Creat neighbor list using mapinfor

HI guys
Creating neighbor is a very time consuming job and easy to make mistake, i myseft feel so when i first do it, there is a tool that help you ease out these stuff: Planchecker. The tool is very easy to use, the only thing you need to do is open mapinfo and then open plancheck, the rest is very easy.
