Driving test in a whole new are without map ???

As u may know, in order to perform driving test we have to get the map of the area, especially a new one. But the digital map is hard to get and inconvenience. Universal map downloader will have you to creat a map by your own, it will download map from google earth and combine into jpeg or bitmap file, then you can creat a .tab by using mapinfo.
