3G to 2G Handover Different Counter

We have 2 operator.
Operator A have 900 GSM and 2100 WCDMA.
Operator B have Only 1800 GSM.

Now Both are Sharing same WCDMA Network.
Is there any separate IRAT Handover Counter for two Different Handover?

Dear I was looking for response and if I'm not wrong these cunters will not be different, so for Huawei tech. maybe you can use below counters for GSM prupose or VS.IRATHO.AttOutCS.GCell for UMTS system
