We have W10 E******* System and
In KPI: Number of RAB setup is more than Number of RRC Setup?
Is there any specific reason behind it?

In my opinion, one users must have one rrc, but might have many rabs established on that.

It is normal in 3G in this case you may see RRC success rate for some cells are higher than 100%.

Am I right? :)

This actually happening because of cell reselection during call set up. If you consider amount of cell with this condition are not high .

You need to check your formula, because RRC succ rate in common has formula RRC succ/RRC attemts. In denominator all attempt shold be. So it is impossible to be more than 100%


About RAB i'm not sure, but in common shold be like it RRC, in denominator should be all attempts. Means impossible to have more than 100%, but in case of MultiRAB number of attempts can be more than RRC (but need to check it).
