Is there any single command to export Node B level Para Dump so we can take whole dump from single command.

If you have moshell:
l+
kget
l-

[rne_battou]

In moshell you can use
l+ /dir/name.txt
kget
l-

[beauty11]

use the command in moshell kget all

[hornokplease]

You can try exporting xml dump for pm from common explorer and pocess it using TEI or NePa

You can use 'export RNS' at the RNC or export the dump from the root. And use TEI to convert it to excel. I think this is the easiset and fastest way to do this..kget dump from moshell is a little tedious.
