Dears,

I'm using TEMS investigation 9.1 but I've a problem during logfine exporting.
Every time when I try to change the export format (ex. Text File or MapInfo Tab-File,...) I got the following error message "Can't Create Converter!"
Any advice to solve it?

Check your TI 9.1

Try to reinstall it.

Thanks for reply. I did re-install it many times with different version but problem still persist.

Not available in TEMS help !

I found the reason and solution for this problem.
The reason is that TEMS is not supporting Win XP SP3.
The solution is either re-install previous version (SP2) or go ahead to Win7.
