Hi all mates
After we activate URA we had an increase of 200% in systemrabreleasepacket and some one came up with a modification in the DCR PS formula
in the numerator we have systemrabreleasepacket - systemrabreleasepacketura and include new is ( - normalrabreleasepacketura )
Any ideas if this approach can be consider coherent...
