Paging SR in network

does any one knows what is normal value for Paging SR in network (UMTS and 2G), is it 95% 96%...?

i think depend on target in each operator need to measure its network quality, at my opinion not below 95% still acceptable

In Cell PCH, over 99% is possible.

+ This value is expected to be best when it more closes towards 100 as it tells you if the MS can listen to the n/w & vice-versa/also your network foot print.
+ But this value clearly impacted by how RF design was done,kind of clutter,subscriber behaviour patterns (incase of no carpet coverage).
