Hi all,

Now I encounter a problem related to GSM GPRS Attach Procedure:
We have some LACs have low GPRS Attach Success Rate (GASR) but couldn't find out the root cause. I investigated & suspected some sites were in congestion but couldn't find statistic indicator to prove that. Could any one suggest me that indicator in BSC side?
