Multiple parameter changes using CPP E M

Hi all

I need to change one parameter in 4000 Mo s in E*******. The only way I think is using CPP Element manager - Config File Executor, which I use to create, Delete mos. In Moshell is quite simple "set mo attribute value" but one by one will take me a life time.

Some body know how to do the same task with moshell or CPP element manager

I try this but It did not work
SET
(
mo "RncFunction=1,Utrancell=ap001a,utranrelation=at002a"
exception none
selectionpriority = 1
)

Any ideas!!
