Youtube throughput problem

Hi,

does anyone has experience how to solve or to optimize downloading of youtube content and playing it in paralel in order that downloading and playing will run paralel on the mobile phone and stoppage of youtube service will be prevented in case downloading is slower than playing or downloading stops suddenly,

as my experience using buffer system on your core side more better, previously using UNiSon to catch up all streaming and buffering before transfering to below :)

Thanks for update, this is 3rd party vendor which is not deployed in the network here and do you know then how use buffer system in core network?

i think still needed the third party equipment, NSN maybe have agreement with Juniper system but i don't know provide cache engine anyway
