As I see, the ITU-T has just release new Recommendation (name Polqa or P.863) for voice quality assessment which is an objective method for predicting overall listening speech quality from narrowband to super-wideband. From official site of POLQA developer, it is showed that POLQA library will be commercially available for OEM measurement equipment from last quarter 2010. Does anyone have any information about its application for Nemo outdoor tools? Please let me know.
