I have a question in regards to event4a with vendor E///
I see a strange situation with 4th carrier where even when all the cells are set to IFHO, once the call got released on 4C, there was an event 4a message sent by SIB 12 by the RNC that suddenly caused the Ue to start measuring GSM frequencies. I am attaching the L3 signaling for your review.
Please let me know if you have any insights on this?
