Report for PS Drop Increased after upgrade from R10 to R12

Hi.

This is a problem that happend in our network. We went from RAN10 to RAN12 ando our Cs drop but the worst was de PS Drop was raised due to 2 counters.

VS.RAB.AbnormRel.PS.RF.TRBReset




Huawei presented a solution that fixes this issue but the RRC No Reply go back like it was a RAN 10. They're working on explaning how to fix it.

Attached you will find the solution.

it works.

the only catch is that It must be applied to all the nodes. Or By clusters.

If it is applyied just to one it doesn't work.
