Channel switching timers

Hi does anyone knows channel switching timers on E******* side between Idle mode, Cell DCH, Cell PCH, URA PCH and Cell FACH? How they are setup and what is best or optimum timer specification between them?

typically, Cell_PCH is not implemented in networks. It's only now that it's being brought in.

When doing data transfer, the switch from DCH to FACH takes place between 3 seconds to 40 seconds for various networks. The overall time to IDLE could be between 30s to 1m depending on network configuration.
