thanks a lot for that,but i was wondering how can you load this to the CF card,since i use card reader to move info to CF Card,but the card itself is formatted as RAW,i know there is a method via hyperterminal,but card reader method is much faster.

i always format by Hyper Terminal, i wish you can give some information how to use Card reader method. :handshake

and of course this is intended for 3000 series rbs ,rite??
because i dunno if the 6000 series have an external flash or not.

RBS 6000 doesn't have external flash card but have internal.
So this W10B intended for both 6000 & 3000

dear Yaaqob i format the node 6102 & install the new package W10
but the DUW still doing automatic restart & I can't access to it through element manager
is there any solutions OR specific procedure to do the upgrade
please i need your help to set the site on air

i install the 2 scripts and everything is ok ( PCM & IP ) but still OSS team can't see the site
i try to format the DUW but after installing the W10 package the DUW keep restarting

Answer these Q to solve the problem;
do you use physical E1 or LAN?
did you check the routing, is ready or not?
what's the configuration for DUW 1+1+1 (1st carrier), 2+2+2 (2nd carrier),3+3+3 (3rd carrier) or 4+4+4 (4th carrier)?
do you use DUG with DUW, i mean is there any GSM with 3G in same cabinet?
have you checked the DUW is gotten high temperature?
did you replaced the DUW with new?
after installing the O&M script have you checked the E1s are Enable or LAN given green light on TNA port?
what's type of NPU for transmission that you have?

no High temperature
i use a new DUW

i think the problem is from OSS team side ??

you have many thing to do
1- you have to create a new cv after finishing the scripts since the DUW will go to initial Cv if restarted
2- you have to arrange the cabinet as attached file.
3- try to ping OSS to know if your site remote or not, find out the attached file
4- you have to make synchronization between DUW & DUG as mention in other threat.

finally, may be the problem from OSS
