Jobs For freshers in RF engineering??

Hi guys,
I am a fresh graduate(BSc.) of Telecommunication engineering from Bangladesh. I wish to start my career as a RF engineer (optimization/ planning).
I am just asking for suggestions about what should I do. Should I go for MSc. or trainings?
Is there any opportunities for freshers in the company? I mean, how did you guyz started?
I've got enough grades to be an academic, some already has suggested that. But I really want to go for the practical field.

Just IMHO,
Try apply for OJT(on job training) of Telco's company. It's better for you to get experience...
