Benchmark using 7 UEs at a time

Is it possible to perform drive test using 7 Handsets or Modems at a time..

Question is for Tems Investigation & Nemo Outdoor tool.

for a benchmark with this # of UEs you should use some tools specialized for this purpose like ascom symphony .

and how can you clone your pc's usb ports?? I tried to connect 5 UE in one laptop, and laptop has got only 3 usb ports :| and using PCMCIA USB Port converter card.. but it didnt work together correctly..:confused:

you should think about USB hub (with external power) 7 USB ports such as Belkin.

Using 7 UE with TEMS Investigation will be difficult.

With TEMS 12, max license is for 6 UE, and Ascom also sells license for 4 devices only.

You can use TEMS 11 to can connect up to 8 devices (in your case 7 UE and GPS). With externally powered hub you can connect all equipment as kamy suggested.

DigiUSB is company that provides the driver for the hubs sold by Ascom, but they also make hubs.

The problem you can have with TEMS is with multiple PS connections.


It is better to use tools like Ascom QVoice, Ascom Symphony, SwissQual that are more suitable for this job.

Dear mine friend,

if you are going to do benchmark, try to use closed system.
Qvoice fromAscom is good.
Do not try to use use tems.
Is this benchmark for swap or for comparizon of two operators?
