E/GPRS problem

Hi friends,

I faced problem on E/GPRS for 2 cell on different sites and both are strange actually in both case they are not carrying any PS traffic(Voice traffic is around 5Erlang and this happened for cells suddenly).
Action :
RLGSE/RLGSI on cell level executed
NUMREQEGPRSBPC defined
Abis resource defined

During DT "Immediate assignment reject" message will receive after channel request.

PRACH failure rate is 100% on cells !!

There is no hardware alarm on cells

How i can investigate the problem?

In which node CGI can be wrong?

usually you have to check all part to find where is wrong normally which system not give you any channel is from core side.
