High 3G call drop CS in UMTS 900 and 3rd carrier !!!

Hi,
we face in our network a high call drop CS in U900 carrier and the 3rd carrier(in U2100). this problem doesn't appear in the 2d and first carrier for the same sector. !!
knowing that the 3rd carrier and the U900 carrier are not applied in the hole network, only for sectors showing coverage problem (=>U900) and high load problem (=> 3rd carrier U2100).
the main cause is SRB RESET and UL_SYNCHRONISATION.

1.are this alarm appear after 3rd carrier on air
or just happen after 3rd carrier settle

2.check your available CE for downlink en uplink
may be after 3rd carrier on air (without upgrade CE) all resource being used for HSDPA or HSUPA so ,allocation CE for CS decrease :D

The call drop after 3rd carrier on air and there no problem with CE.

Other thing : in some rural region, we have only deployed the UMTS 900
(NO U2100) and it was perfect no problem in these cases. The problem apears only in regions where both U900 and U2100 are deployed.
I don't know if the discontinuity of the U900 carrier or the 3rd carrier are the cause ???

problem: call drop happen only at network that use U900 an U2100
need check:
1.may u check cell reselection handover and direct retry
2.UE last time before call drop handled by who?U900 or U2100
are they try to move to other carrier ?
may u can check if UE lock at carrier 2100 or U900 are this still happen?

in our network we have found a private interferrer (a school that use a 900MHz interferrer in the exam's period :))

-What is the RTWP during problematic period when drop occurred?
-How far these two sectors serve..(it is possible due to better radio conditions these two sectors to have much bigger serving area where the service is not gurantee).
-Is it possible to have coverage problems in this area


Something else what is your strategy with so many carriers? how u manage them?
