Hi all,
Now we want to optimize long calls (in vehicle - for VIP custommers) whose common problem is a lot of handover, so there are a lot of drop calls in handover.
Anybody have had this problem? could you share your experiens for us?:confused:
- what KPI useful to know the most cells in this problem?(because may be CDR is good, but there are many drop call due to HO: if we used %drop due to HO --> it is too low; if we used HO/Call attempt: it depent traffic of cell)
- How to know HO in a cell is little or large? is there a good value for HO attempt in a cell (depend on traffic? depend on area coverage?...)
