Help: H Cap configuration

Dear friends
i couldn't connect to Mini Link HC, please, i need a details of how can i config my laptop to access this HC

For the HC you have 2 ways to connect to the Equipment:

- USB2Serial Cable
- UTP cable (LAN Cable)

and of course you need to install HC PC Tools from E******* MSM CD,if you need them just tell me.

if you connect your USB2Serial to OM Port in the HC,you need to create a modem connection in your laptop as following:

1-connect your USB2Serial to your laptop and know which port its working on.
2-follow the screenshots below:

3-after that you can connect via the Dial up Connection you just created and open the following ip (192.168.1.1) in IE ,you will get a login screen and you type:

user:administrator
pass:administrator

and then you are good to go.



if you already know the NE IP,you can connect via the Ethernet Cable directly,and goto the NE IP on IE and also put same logins as above.

p.s:if the java applet wont load after a while in IE ,you need to install a specific Java Runtime Environment (JRE),and uninstall any other JRE u have.
