Here is a small excel tool attached to find the distance between two lat/Longs.

Hope so useful for some one.

you can use this formula if you want........it is accurate one


=RadiusEarth*ACOS(COS(RADIANS(90-Lat1)) *COS(RADIANS(90-Lat2)) +SIN(RADIANS(90-Lat1)) *SIN(RADIANS(90-Lat2)) *COS(RADIANS(Long1-Long2)))

Where RadiusEarth = 6371 Km
