New to this forum, I would like to ask if anyone had to deal with high levels of this type RAB blocks in the absence of other RAB blocks, and
would know answers to the following q's
1) Does this type of blocking only affect interctive and background?
2) If e.g. one was to reduce sf8adm from 8 to 4, does it mean there would be less DLConnectionlimit Blocks on higher sfx's? And, if so why?
