Actually, this course is old (2005) and very connected with Siemens Parameters Set, so it can be useless for main part of this site visitors. But at the same time, it explains the phisics of using the parameters, and the corresponding processes.

I have check this course here and didn't find it. I hope I do not double someone's topic. If so, please, let me know and I will ask admin to delete this topic.

it does very old version, but it's OK becauser already merge into Nokia :p
