Note: if this cabinet is new you don't need to format it, just install the O&m Script + site script

please find the volume for both c & D
$vols

if the used size for c & d is zero, then you need to define the default IP address and network mask 169.254.1.1, 255.255.0.0
then define the rbs password
finally, used the SW-ftp to install the basic package W10B

Hi Bashar
the flash card for DUW must have Basic Package in both C&D drives, otherwise it will not work. when you format the cabinet that's mean you are deleting both C&D drives so you need to upload them again to this DUW. the software WS_FTP95 LE or latest allows you to upload the W10B to the cabinet.
