NSN - RU20 HSPA+ Performance Degradation

hello,
here is the situation:
RU20
IP IUB ~20mbps
FSME+FSMB config = 852 CE

results
- increase in data volume
- iub throughput increased
- hs selections increased
- ps nrt att/sr increased
- rrc roughly improved

degraded on some sites
- hs retainability (noticed evertime iub throughput is on its peak).
-> release due to mobility
-> due to UE
- hs access -> stp failure due to UE

do you think degradation again on some of the sites are caused by high Payload/traffic brought by RU20? meaning users are even more aggressive on data services like in RAS06 -> RU10?

any comments/help are really appreciated.

check if Retainability problems started the same moment you´ve activated HSPA+ features (64QAM and HSUPA 2ms tti specially)
