HSDPA No Reception in DT for some cells

Hi, We encountered HSDPA reception issue on some cells while cluster DT. There is no wrong with datacard as its working for other cells normal but, while all other services, like R99 PS, AMR can access network via those 6 cells in their logical serving area, HSDPA Datacard can not decode those cells and even it dont reselect to another 3g cell. Can any one please help with this issue. In stats for those 6 cells HSDPA/HSUPA datavolume and thput is available.
