Erase Software vs. Erase Flash

Hi,

Just curious, what is the exact difference between Tools->Erase Software and Tools->Erase Flash in ******** Tetra CPS?

The help file doesn't seem to mention Erase Flash at all.

I'm not going to experiment to find out :-)

Erase Software means that erase function will only erase addresses where is firmware stored

Erase Flash means that erase function will erase all flash addresses; firmware, security data, codeplug, FTD, language pack etc... whole flash memory!!

how do you get back the software and flash once removed

Hello all deleted the memory of the radio. Radio is not working at the computer. After pressing 1 +9 + power display is dark. How to run the radio back what programs and files. Is the file with enough 5.12.2 fv cps or some other program. .

Deleted the memory of all of the radio as the radio back to start -----mth800

when you plug into cps and press power an 1-9 what hapens dose it just show usb not reconised in the corner of the computer

Hello powdered to help the entire contents of the radio deleted the mth 800.Teraz radio at all is not reported in cps. How can I run the radio back what I have to make everything work.

mate were are you based i can sort the radio for you but you will need to send it to me an it will take me 2days to make sure its all back up and running and then it can be collected or sent back
