Does anyone know the KPI for ATT CQI? What are the components?
Which component weight more?

The CQI for AT&T is the summation of:
QD CS Accessibility Failure %
QD CS Retainability Failure %
CS UMTS TO GSM %
CS Directed Retry to GSM %
CS 3G DEV to 2G IN 3G Polygon %

Composite Quality Index - 100 - ( (1 - QD VA) + (1 - QD VR) + CS_UMTS_TO_GSM + CS_DIR_RETRY_TO_GSM + (3G DEVICE ON 2G IN 3G POLYGON - CS_DIR_RETRY_TO_GSM) )

I believe they are all of equal weight; however, the easiest to improve would be QD Accessibility failures. In most network you would see 99% accessiable. Retainability is regarding dropped-calls which depends on your network.
The 3G to 2G is based on CDRLive call records and signal strength of 3G/2G.
