TCH Drop calls

One of the IBS sites we are having lots of TCH drops calls and mostly(60%) are counted as other drops.

System: Huawei 2G
Hopping: Syn
No HO drops...
MAIO: Okey
Drops time: Drops occurs non BH, especially
Morning: 7AM-9AM
Evening : 6Pm -9PM
Power control : ON
RXQUAL drops: veny minimum
RXLEVEL: No drops
FER drops are there
Radio Link Failure drops are there

and rest of the time hardly any drops call happen.


Can you provide any solution how we can reduce other drops providng some parameter setting...
