CE high usage

Guys, what could be the problem of high CE usage in NSN? Please advise...

You have to be more specific? Do you have high usage all the time or only during busy hour? What other congestion related issues you have? High no of HS users per cell, power congestion etc?

As pointed out, you need to send more information. High CE usage can be due to several reasons, eg:

No HSUPA & lots of 384k UL bearers allocated
Lots of SHO for PS
Parameter settings etc..

As well as the above mentioneed you might want to check the following also:

The features you have activated such as Extended Cell and Shared Schedulers etc. Are there too many features active for the available HW?

Check you System module is not alarming, a faulty FSMx can mean your channel elements are not available.

Are you CE's licenced to the max of you hardware i.e. 612 CE's for FSME
