Can you please explain Rake Receiver in WCDMA System? Is Rake Receiver use at NodeB end? And how many maximum number of fingers an UE Device can use at a time?

Rake receiver is present at both ends NodeB as well as UE. A UE normally has 4 fingers on the rake receiver, 1 is used for scanning and 3 used for signal reception (that is why Active Set size normally limited to 3), the process of combining signals at is called maximal ratio combining. On the other hand NodeB follows the same procedure but it is called micro diversity, In cases where signal are coming from multiple NodeBs the combining takes place at RNC and it is called macro diversity.

Hope this answers your query.
