I do not know exactly what is the scale of monitoring software you are looking for. However Traffica developed by NSN is a good candidate, it has an enormous amount of monitoring features for both data and voice.

Please do provide me with the information you have on Traffica. It will be nice if you can also share the software if your have it.

But what I am particular about is a software that recedes on the client device and automatically sends measurement reports to a central system for KPI analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
