Can you please explain that what is soft Handover rate in WCDMA Network? I Know that it should not to greater than 40%, So How i can measure that is above or below 40%.

SHO rate in WCDMA network should be the percentage that Active Set has at least 2 SC. You can get the rate in Actix by using Uu_ActiveSet_Count parameters.
