Good Ec/No and RSCP but No Signal to handset

i have a problem with this one :

from DT i have good RSCP and Ec/No but in the handset still SOS.

what is the analisys of this situation ?

Hi,

It turns out that the receiver in your mobile is working, but for some reason it is not able to register on to the network. Try replacing the SIM card and or the handset as well, see if it makes the difference.

Your looking at the coverage of another operator that you were not able to camp on to maybe because there is no roaming partnership with the operator of the sim card you are using...

Try to replace your SIM Card, or check your scrambling code :D. On the other hand, your hand-phone's antenna is broken. :p

not cause from all above.

handset is OK . this thing happens in indoor building. in one floor. but ok in other floor.

I think your explanation is not quite clear for all of us, there's lot of possibilities for this case, even the simple ones such antenna broken, wrong simcard, wrong SC code, even unpaid bill (blocked) probably causing this problem.

as your clue about indoor system, lots of case happen when interference exist, especially when you have shared DAS.
hope you can give more details about your case.:)

Your Handset may have low sensitivity...have you change/replace your phone?
