I have two questions about AMR based on LDR in Huawei
1. How many AMR users can be increased when we use AMR based on LDR if two cells have the same Admission control threshold and no use any other load control.
2. Which AMR users is chosen when the cell fall basic congestion ?
As I know that target user base on RAB intergrate priority and AMR service with higher GBR. But, now all of them is the same for all AMR users
So the target user may be random or...? EcNo or RSCP is used or not for target user ?
