Could you clarrify the reason of the following PS drop call reason?

- DropCall_DueTo_PHY_CH_RECFG(RLCC)_TimeOut;
- DropCall_DueTo_RB_RECFG(DCCC)_TimeOut.

How can we reduce it?

UE doesn't respond to these commands with complete message. Usualy this is related to radio issue. Chek as first step what was the radio condition in UL/DL.
