Hello Everyone,

I hope I could get some help on this. We had encountered a revenue issue of one of our postpaid subscribers. He/She has ODBROAM of BROHPLMNC therefore, the subscriber will not be able to perform roaming to VPLMN except to HPLMN. However as we had checked his/her account she had data roaming transactions beyond her account limit. This happened when the subscriber was in China. What do you think are the possibilities of the leakage? Is it also possible to attached to the PS network without CS network? Here are my narrowed thoughts.

1. VLR of the VPLMN has override of ODB data when subscriber has eMLPP or High Prioritization. Consequently, the VPLMN sets the inbound roamer into that high priority wherein ODBROAM was overridden.

2. Gs Interface was activated in VLR. (not pretty sure about this)

Best Regards,

Arjay
